CSI Media — Vendor Terms and Conditions

# Terms of Service Effective Date: 1-05-2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of CSI Media (“CSI Media,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a SaaS platform for CRM, inbox, automation, and business messaging. By using CSI Media, you agree to these Terms. ## 1. Service Description CSI Media provides software tools that allow businesses to manage contacts, conversations, campaigns, automations, and messaging channels, including integration with the WhatsApp Business Platform. ## 2. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for: * Ensuring they have authority to connect their WhatsApp Business Account. * Complying with Meta, WhatsApp, and applicable messaging policies. * Obtaining proper consent from customers before sending messages. * Using approved WhatsApp templates where required. * Ensuring uploaded contact data is accurate and lawfully collected. * Managing access for their team members. ## 3. WhatsApp Business Usage When a client connects WhatsApp Business to CSI Media, CSI Media may send and receive messages on behalf of that client using the client’s connected WhatsApp Business Account. Clients must comply with WhatsApp Business Platform policies, including rules for customer consent, template messaging, prohibited content, and messaging quality. ## 4. Prohibited Use Clients may not use CSI Media to: * Send spam, fraud, scams, or unlawful content. * Violate privacy, consumer protection, or messaging laws. * Upload or process data without proper rights or consent. * Abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attack the platform. * Use WhatsApp messaging in violation of Meta or WhatsApp policies. ## 5. Data and Privacy Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy: https://api.csimedia.ae/terms-and-policies/privacy_policy ## 6. Account Security Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and controlling access to their workspace. ## 7. Service Availability We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party services, including Meta/WhatsApp APIs, hosting providers, and email providers, may affect service availability. ## 8. Suspension or Termination We may suspend or terminate access if a client violates these Terms, misuses the platform, creates security risk, or violates Meta/WhatsApp policies. ## 9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSI Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, or data. ## 10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms. ## 11.
