While we aim to provide accurate, reliable, and useful tools, we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every specific business use case. ## Third-Party Services CSI Media integrates with third-party platforms and APIs, including but not limited to Meta, WhatsApp Business Platform, Google, email providers, advertising platforms, and other external services. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, API limitations, account restrictions, message delivery failures, review delays, billing changes, or service disruptions caused by third-party platforms. Clients are responsible for complying with the policies, terms, and requirements of all third-party platforms they connect to CSI Media. ## WhatsApp Business Platform CSI Media may allow clients to connect their own WhatsApp Business Accounts to send and receive messages. Clients are responsible for: * Having proper authorization to connect and use the WhatsApp Business Account. * Obtaining customer consent before sending messages. * Using approved WhatsApp message templates when required. * Complying with WhatsApp Business Platform policies. * Maintaining acceptable messaging quality and avoiding spam or prohibited content. CSI Media does not guarantee message approval, message delivery, account verification, business verification, template approval, or continued access to WhatsApp Business Platform services. ## Automation and AI Features CSI Media may include automation, chatbot, routing, AI assist, lead scoring, campaign, and workflow features. These tools are designed to assist users, but users remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and monitoring automated actions. CSI Media is not responsible for business decisions, customer responses, missed opportunities, incorrect automation logic, or outcomes resulting from user-configured workflows. ## No Professional Advice CSI Media does not provide legal, financial, tax, compliance, marketing, or professional advice.
