Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Meta Platform policies and data privacy regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA), we provide complete control over your personal data. Below are the step-by-step instructions on how to request or execute the deletion of your user account, workspace records, or customer contact data from our system.

Option 1: Complete Workspace & Data Deletion (Self-Service)

If you are a Vendor or Workspace Creator, you can permanently delete your entire workspace and all associated logs, messages, and contact lists directly from the settings panel:

  1. Log in to your CSI Media dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings from the main navigation menu.
  3. Under the General settings tab, scroll down to the Delete Workspace section.
  4. Enter your workspace slug to confirm.
  5. Click Delete Workspace. All your contacts, templates, campaigns, automations, and messaging history will be permanently removed.

Option 2: Delete Customer/Contact Records (Self-Service)

Workspace agents can delete individual customer contact records or chats from their inbox and CRM manager:

  1. Go to the Contacts or CRM tab in your dashboard.
  2. Search and select the contact(s) you wish to delete.
  3. Click on the Delete Contact option to remove all associated records.

Option 3: Submit a Manual Deletion Request

If you are unable to access your dashboard, or if you are a customer whose data was processed by one of our vendors, you can request manual data deletion:

  1. Send an email to info@csimedia.ae with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include your name, registered email address, and/or the phone number associated with the records you wish to have removed.
  3. We will process your request, verify identity ownership, and delete all targeted records from our production databases within 30 days.

What data is deleted?

Upon executing or requesting a deletion, the following data is permanently purged from our servers:

  • User profile details (Name, Email, password hashes).
  • WhatsApp WABA records, phone numbers, and credentials (access tokens are encrypted at rest and destroyed).
  • Customer contact database records, tags, and custom attribute associations.
  • Outbound and inbound messaging history, media attachments, and logs.
